Delete your Draft Ops account

In the app

Sign in to the Draft Ops phone app, open Today, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Without the app

Send a request from the contact page with your name, work email, and company, and say you want your account deleted. You can also ask your company's office to remove you.

What is deleted

Your login, name, email, and other personal data, within 30 days of the request.

What is kept

Service tickets, photos, and location points tied to customer work belong to your employer's service history and stay with your employer. Photos are deleted automatically after 2 years.
