Privacy policy

Draft Ops is owned by Y-KNOT LEASING LLC. It is work software for companies that service draft beer accounts. Logins are issued by the employer. This policy covers the Draft Ops website, office app, and phone app.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, role, market, and a password stored as a one-way hash.
• Location: only after the technician taps Start day. The phone records a point about every 4 minutes, including between stops and while checked in, and sends it at Start day, check-in, checkout, and End day. Sampling stops at End day or at midnight in that market. Nothing is collected before Start day. Check-in and checkout also record whether the phone was at the account.
• Photos: job photos taken or chosen by the technician, stamped with date and time.
• Signatures: the customer's signature on a service ticket, and the ticket email address if entered.
• Work records: trips, taps, notes, tickets, and problem reports with any screenshots attached.
• Device data: an app-generated device ID, app version, and sign-in and failed-login records for security.

Why

To run the service: route and verify field work, produce service tickets and reports for the employer and its customers, and keep the system secure. We do not sell data, show ads, or track people across other apps or sites.

Who sees it

The employer's office staff and supervisors in that company. Each company sees only its own data. A ticket is emailed to the customer when the technician or office sends it. Data is stored and processed by our hosting, database, file storage, and email providers only to run Draft Ops.

How long

• Photos: 2 years, then deleted automatically.
• Work records and location points: kept while the employer uses Draft Ops, as part of its service history.
• Account data: until the account is deleted.

Security

Every page and data request requires a login. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Deleting your account

In the phone app, tap Delete account on Today. Or use the account deletion page. Your login and personal data are deleted within 30 days. Service records your employer is required to keep stay with your employer.

Children

Draft Ops is for working adults and is not directed to children under 16.
